Personal:
I am a former runner who took the sport back up about 3 1/2 years ago. In the preceeding 20+ years I was a 2 pack a day smoker and the only excercise I recieved was summer softball. Needless to say; it was time for a change.
6 miles in the dark. I can't seem to get used to it. A lot of extra pounding with the lack of light. Off day tommorrow.

i can't get used to the dark either. i keep thinking that one day i am going to go out and have ultra-sharp night vision, but it never works.
