Legs are still a little soar but I could actualy go down stairs without using the handrails or taking them one at a time. Yesterdays run definetly helped. M.V. 20 miler in just over 2 weeks. I have to decide if I'll be running hard or not. Being a home race it'll be hard not to try and compete. Bragging rights for the year are at stakes. |
