Personal:
I am a former runner who took the sport back up about 3 1/2 years ago. In the preceeding 20+ years I was a 2 pack a day smoker and the only excercise I recieved was summer softball. Needless to say; it was time for a change.
Did my 5 miles in 38.11 for an average pace of 7:38. It didn't feel that fast. I take that as a good sign considering how hard I've been running of late with too many races.
I have a race tommorrow so took it fairly easy today. I felt I had to do something, as my running has not exactly been motivated. I ran 8:14's holding myself back. I definetly felt like going faster.
