Let's call this my long run for the week. I felt good for the first 2 miles but then my legs started to get heavy. I picked it up between miles 3.5 and 6 before easing up and cooling down for the final mile. I averaged 8:15's and felt o.k. with that. I'm trying not to get to far ahead of myself or look over my shoulder at where I was. I'm just trying to run in the moment and worry about the here and now. |
