I'm just starting to feel normal with my running again after coming back from a 5 month layoff due to foot issues. I did a 16 miler last Sunday that left me tired and exhausted but wanting more. I'm hoping that I still have time to get my milage up and prepare for Boston in the spring. I will be going back and adding in some of my training over the past couple of months but I know it's not as important as what I do in the next 3 months. My big goal is to stay healthy and keep running. regardless. |
