1.25 mile warm up followed by 5k time trial in 20:45. First time under 21 minutews for 5k time t4ial since coming back from injury. Followed up with a 1 mile cool down.
First mile felt realy good at 6:11. Followed that up with a 6:26; which I worked hard for. So used to falling asleep in that 2nd mile. By the 3rd mile my legs just weren't underneath me anymore. Tried to think lift and drive but couldn't get them to respond. Finished with a 7:08. Still happy with the sub 21 and the second mile was a good improvement. |
