Personal:

I am a former runner who took the sport back up about 3 1/2 years ago. In the preceeding 20+ years I was a 2 pack a day smoker and the only excercise I recieved was summer softball. Needless to say; it was time for a change.

The run felt better than last weeks 15.5.  No cramping up at all in the legs.  I did a much better job of refueling this run. The last 4 miles were a struggle but they were also the fastest miles of the whole run at about 7:50's. total time was about 2:16 for 8:15's. I'm very happy with the effort and feel much fresher than after last weeks run.

Thanks Eric. This was actualy supposed to be a step-back week for me but the way my schedule is set up I had to make some adjustments to run that 20 mile race in two weeks. Running long back to back weeks at the same pace was good. Plus with the way I felt all week I wasn't sure how I'd respond mentaly. Guess I have my answer. :)
