Personal:
I am a former runner who took the sport back up about 3 1/2 years ago. In the preceeding 20+ years I was a 2 pack a day smoker and the only excercise I recieved was summer softball. Needless to say; it was time for a change.
I've been working on trying chi running and it seems to have sped upmy running abit. 7:35's for a recovery run today. I'll be curious to see how I feel after a week of this.

What is chi running?

Hey Eric. Good to hear from you.Chi running is a form of running that is supposed to cause less pounding for my knees. So far I've noticed that my speed has increased and my achilles and hamstrings are tight. I think I have to ease into this a little slower.
