Personal:

I am a former runner who took the sport back up about 3 1/2 years ago. In the preceeding 20+ years I was a 2 pack a day smoker and the only excercise I recieved was summer softball. Needless to say; it was time for a change.

An absolutely beautiful day today.  Temps in the upper 50's. It felt like spring.  I changed up the schedule a bit to take advantage of the weather and the fact that I'm feeling better. I could have gone longer but decided not to go too crazy as I'm coming off the cold. Plus, I'm supposed to run a 5k next Sunday before the South Boston Parade.

There you are! Wondering what happened to you. I thought you were so busy that didn't have time to blog.

Good workouts and great long run!

Thanks Eric.

Heck; I've barely had time to run the past week. I've caught up with the blogging now though. Hopefuly the bout of running depresion I've been dealing with is behind me. It's amazing how a little nice weather changes your whole attitude. :)
