Personal:

I am a former runner who took the sport back up about 3 1/2 years ago. In the preceeding 20+ years I was a 2 pack a day smoker and the only excercise I recieved was summer softball. Needless to say; it was time for a change.

15 miles in 2 hours on the treadmill.  Talk about torture.  Hopefully they plow the bike paths soon and I can get back outside.  Other than the boredom the run felt good.  I put the incline at 6.5 and just let her rip.

Thanks Eric. I hope your holiday was awesome. We went to visit family and just got home. Another close to 2 hour run today for me. And the good news was that it was outdoors!!! The treadmill definetly helps you get mentally tough.
