mile warm up and warm down with 2 x 400; 2 x 800; 2 x 400
Bottom of my foot a little soar befor the run but felt fine after a couple laps. After the run it bothered in the evening and the following morning. It's kind of a wierd injury. Not sure if I should be running with it or not. I'm going to take a couple days off and see how it fels then. |
