1.4 warmup followed by repeat .2 mile hills with a jog back to the bottom.
1st- 1:10 a bit quick
2nd- 1:16
3rd- 1:15
4th- 1:13
5th- 1:15
6th- 1:13
7th- 1:14
8th- 1:15
1.4 cool down run.
I ended up stepping in a slight hole on the cool down and strained my left achilles tendon. Lots of ice the next 2 days. |
